Rewards Redemption Program Terms and Conditions

The KWP “Rewards Redemption Program” allows the KWP Panelists to redeem rewards in exchange of points accumulated subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Definition of Terms
- “Rewards Program” refers to incentivization scheme of Kantar Worldpanel offered to its panelists;
- “Points” refers to the token being given to the eligible panelists of Kantar Worldpanel for actively participating in the panel and to all its other ad-hoc projects;
- “Panelists” refers to the members of the panel who actively participate by submitting diaries on a weekly or bi-monthly basis;
- “Redeemable items/rewards” refers to the items that are posted in online and offline catalogs available for redemption with corresponding points;
- “Catalog” refers to the either online platform or offline material where the panelists can choose the redeemable items;
- “Field Representative” refers to any field person representing Kantar Worldpanel upon diary collection, profile update, and any other activities related to the business.
- General Terms and Conditions:
- The program is open to active panelists of KWP who have agreed on the initial conditions of being a panelist oriented during the recruitment process duly conducted by accredited third-party Field Representative;
- Rewards points earned from program can be exchanged for rewards;
- By redeeming the rewards points, the panelist consents to the disclosure to Kantar Worldpanel of all his/her personal information vital to process the rewards request including but not limited to complete delivery address, updated contact number/s, updated email address, best time to deliver and to call, intended time of delivery and recipient of the item, copy of proof of billing and ID;
- Redemption of rewards with insufficient points will not be processed;
- The program shall be a continuous and on-going rewards program to all panelists of KWP;
- KWP reserves the right at any time and without prior notice, to amend the Terms and Conditions stated herein including but not limited to the number of rewards points required to redeem rewards, eligible transactions to earn rewards points, the list of redeemable rewards, delivery lead time and the procedures of the redemption.
- Program Period
- The program shall be continuous and on-going Rewards redemption to all Kantar Worldpanel panelists. Any decision on further continuation or suspension shall be on the sole discretion of Kantar Worldpanel.
- Eligibility
- The program is available to successfully recruited, active and eligible panelists of Kantar Worldpanel. Dropped panelists are hereby given 1 month to process the redemption from the time of termination.
- Accumulation of Rewards Points
- Active panelists shall earn rewards points by submitting diaries upon the collection period and by participating to special interviews and studies.
- Points Validity and Notice of Accumulated Points
- Reward points accumulated by submitting the diaries have no expiry, unless the Panelists expresses its intention to withdraw his/her participation from the panel and/or KWP decides to terminate his/her participation in the panel.
- Panelists who were terminated and/or dropped will be given 1 month to process the redemption, after which, points will be forfeited.
- Kantar Worldpanel encourages its panelists to log-in to https://rewards.panelistasph.com to be updated on the latest points accumulation. Points update are accounted for every Monday of the week.
- Types of Rewards
- Eligible panelists can redeem rewards as indicated in the https://rewards.panelistasph.com platform.
- Rewards Catalogue
- KWP in partnership with its third-party rewards and logistics supplier, will continue to update its online rewards platforms which will dictate and establish the required reward points to redeem rewards.
- Rewards available can only be redeemed based on the current list and catalogue;
- Items indicated either in the online or offline catalogue may vary appearance from the actual items.
- Conditions for Rewards Redemption and Delivery
- Rewards points are redeemable by the panelist whose name, contact number and address is duly recognized by Kantar Worldpanel.
- The panelist will be able to redeem rewards as long as there are sufficient points equivalent to what is indicated in the online or offline catalog.
- Panelists shall input all the necessary information of the redemptions such as Quantity, Complete Delivery Address, Contact Number, Email Address, Best time to deliver, Best time to call, and any other additional information that will expedite the processing and delivery of the request.
- Pictures in the online or offline catalog may vary versus the actual appearance.
- Delivery of the item/s redeemed will be completed within 7 to 15 business days from the date of redemption placement provided that complete and accurate address and contact details are stated and shared to Kantar Worldpanel and to its third-party suppliers;
- As much as Kantar Worldpanel wants to deliver the items right at the doorstep of its panelists, there are areas termed as “Out of Delivery Zone”, in which case, Kantar Worldpanel third-party supplier must arrange the process of delivery with the panelist and agree on a mutual decision how the items will be delivered and received. Further, delivery lead time to these areas may be longer than expected.
- All items featured in the online and offline catalog are valid for redemption, unless otherwise stated that items are phased out from the list.
- If your chosen item happens to be unavailable at the time of redemption, Kantar Worldpanel third-party supplier will offer to replace it with a substitute of equal value.
- All gifts are available while stock lasts and Kantar Worldpanel reserves the right to withdraw and/or replace such gift featured in the catalogue at any time without prior notice.
- Management of the rewards such as vouchers or travel plan shall be handled by the third-party supplier of Kantar Worldpanel. By management, Kantar Worldpanel means overall administration of redemption, processing, assistance to understand the coverage of the full redeemable package and the use of the actual service.
- Acceptance/Rejection/Cancellation of Redeemed Rewards
- All panelists or designated receivers of the redeemed rewards are required to test the items from the point of receipt upon delivery.
- In such cases that the panelists or designated receivers are not able to examine the item upon receipt due to certain circumstances, the panelists or designated receivers will be given 3 days to examine the item and report to the contacts indicated in the online and offline catalog.
- Delayed returns due to failure of doing such shall not be entertained nor honored.
- No redeemed items should be returned to Kantar Worldpanel Field Representative unless otherwise instructed and duly authorized by Kantar Worldpanel main office representative.
- Rejection of the redeemed items shall only be acceptable for the reasons of factory defect.
Therefore, rejection of the redeemed item/s due to change in preference and/or unmet expectation on color, size and appearance will not be accepted. - The third-party supplier ensures that the panelists are advised on the possible variation in color, size and appearance of the items posted and advertised in the online and offline catalog versus the actual material.
- There will be no reversal of points on all invalid item rejections.
- The manufacturer provides product warranty where applicable upon the discretion of Kantar Worldpanel and its third-party supplier.
- Placed redemptions are considered “on process” redemptions. Cancellation of the item/s redeemed will not be allowed unless otherwise induced by Kantar Worldpanel by any determined valid reason.
- In the event of forced cancellation as decided by the panelist, the points deduction will prevail, and the panelist may decide either to accept or reject the cancelled item. Rejection will not reverse the points used upon placement of the order.
- Panelists are asked on the preferred schedule of delivery. For some unavoidable scenario, the panelists are not able to receive the redemption on the declared schedule. KWP and its third-party supplier will only allow a maximum of two (2) returns. Any attempt beyond this ceiling will be chargeable to panelists. The cost of the delivery will be deducted from the remaining points.
- The policy on returns shall always prevail unless otherwise the negligence is proven to be either induced by KWP and/or its third-party supplier or by natural occurences such as disasters and force majeure.
- Forfeiture of Earned Points
- Kantar Worldpanel reserves the right to suspend or exclude the panelist from participating in the program if the panelist, in any way, breached the terms and conditions indicated herein.
- Disclaimer
- Kantar Worldpanel takes all the reasonable measures to ensure that the information of its panelists published in relation to the program is safe and accurate. However, all the information being processed and published by its third-party suppliers are out of Kantar Worldpanel personal information data privacy coverage.
- Moreover, all description of the items in the online and offline catalog including photos and descriptions are based on the information provided by the third-party supplier.
- Rewards photos in the online and offline catalogs may vary in color, anticipated size, appearance and texture from the actual item.
- Terminations
- Termination of participation in Kantar Worldpanel can be made by either party. The termination will be confirmed by a written notice from Kantar Worldpanel. Termination of the panelist’s participation will take effect on the date stated in the notice. The panelist must use any outstanding points within 1 month from the termination date. All outstanding points will be automatically deemed as forfeited on expiry of this 1-month period.
